Flower Face Plate

All products—including paintings, drawings, and pottery—are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. As such, please expect slight variations in size, shape, colour, and finish. These variations are part of the charm and individuality of each item and are not considered faults.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

The only exception: If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue—either through a refund or a replacement.

We take great care in packaging each item securely. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
